  • The Advertised Price is inclusive of all customizations and free shipping. Buying wedding dresses online at Formal Elegance is a great choice. Most of our designs cater up to 26W and we are more than happy to give you a quote on any other sizes and requirements you may need.
  • This size chart is for your actual body measurements and is a guide to when ordering  a Standard Size when no alterations to measurements are required. You choose the Size that is closests to your body measurements.
  • Standard Size orders can be returned and exchanged only, for another size of the same product.
  • NOTE: Please do not order the same size as your everyday clothing.

  • If you are wanting to have your dress made to your measurements. Please add your custom measurements in the comments section in your shopping cart. You will need your Bust, Waist, Hips, Hollow to Floor, Your Actual Height, Heel Height of the shoe you think you will wear for your event, Sleeve length and bicep circumference if long sleeves.
  • To do this you Choose your dress Colour and the Standard Size closest to your actual measurements, next "Add To Cart", then go to "View My Cart" and below your item and price is a section to add your contact details. 
  • This is where you add your measurements and any other remarks you want to add in "COMMENTS". Then hit the SEND button. 
  • We will receive an email which is then matched to your Order or we will contact you if it is an enquiry prior to purchase.
  • If you are happy with all your information and ready to purchase, "Proceed to Checkout"
  • Please include the date that you require your dress
  • For Production and Shipping please allow 4-6 weeks.
