Formal Elegance Shipping Policy

• As most of our products eg: Wedding Dress Collection & Formal Dresses Collection are made to order, our current expected delivery across all products in these collections, has changed to 28-35 days from the date of confirmation of your order.
• This time frame includes 7-14 days for manufacturing. If there is a delay after your order has already been processed and once it has been shipped from our manufacturer we will contact you. We have no control over logistics and shipping delays.

 

• With our ready made products, Evening Dresses Collection, Plus Size Collection, Bridal Accessories Collection these are generally 7-14 or 14-21 Business Days and this detail will be within the description area of each product. Most of the time, you will recieve these products around 10 business days from when you placed your order. This does NOT include weekends.
• We currently offer free shipping for all Online Orders, this is with Australia Post and their International partners. Once your order is completed and despatched, you will recieve an Australia Post Tracking Number to follow its progress.
